Call for Artists and Crafters:
Freya Lodge will be hosting our annual Holiday Arts and Craft Fair on December 14, 2019 from 9am – 3pm. See the flyer here: http://freyalodge.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/CraftFair2019.pdf
We are looking for a variety of artists and crafters to provide an interesting selection of quality goods for sale. Please submit photos of your creations to help us make our selections. We have a limited number of spaces available and expect them to fill quickly.
We are committed to creating a successful event. We will have printed flyers and posters advertising the Holiday Arts & Craft Fair at the Viking Fest in early October. Additional promotions will include newspaper ads, and advertising through our usual network.
Our beautiful lodge hall is a rectangular room with benches built in along the two longer walls. We will set up 8-foot tables in front of the benches, and on the stage. We will also have a couple of 6-foot tables, and some 4-foot tables tucked along the walls and in the foyer.
There are some electrical outlets available at some of the spaces. You may want to bring a lamp if you want to highlight details of your work.
There is plenty of parking behind the lodge. Please indicate on the application if you are interested in setting up an outdoor canopy booth.
There will be a light lunch of soup and bread plus coffee and fresh waffles available for purchase. We will also have Norwegian baked goods and other items for sale including ornaments on the Christmas tree.
The Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair is a fundraiser for our lodge. We request that each vendor donate an item representative of their booth, with a value of no less than $10.00 for our raffle. These items will be collected before the fair opens and displayed prominently. Raffle tickets will be sold during the event, and winners drawn at 2pm.

- Include photos of items to be sold (3) – or email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please title email Craft Fair.
- Select requested booth space and indicate if you want to share a table, want a smaller table, and if you want an electric outlet.
- Include full payment made out to: Freya Lodge, Sons of Norway

Applications need to be postmarked by 9/15/19 or sooner.
Vendors will be notified of acceptance by 10/1/19 via email.
Set up will be from 9-12am on Friday December 11, 2019 or by special arrangement if needed.
The hall will be open Saturday December 14 at 7am for set up.
The fair will run from 9am – 3pm on Saturday.
Lodge is to be vacated by 6pm on Saturday.
The lodge will be locked and armed when not in use, so it is safe to leave things overnight.
